「Generally a good hotel and the staff were friendly. Breakfast was very good.
Our family room looked very tired. In particular, the carpet, net curtains and bathroom sink need to be replaced and modernised.」
「Lovely hotel on the sea front. The staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful. Shops, restaurants, steam railway all within walking distance. The breakfast was excellent. The complimentary soft drinks and snacks were a nice touch. Room was adequate for a 1 night stay, lovely bathroom & comfortable bed. Would return again and recommend to others」
「I received a warm welcome at reception and was able to store my bag until it was time to check-in, later in the day. My room had a sea view and was clean, tidy and contained everything I required during my visit. I'd happily stay here again on any future visits to the Isle of Man.」
「Great location, close to the beach and not far from fantastic public transport connections (bus, tram (horse drawn and electric) and a steam train. Complementary breakfast was a nice addition.
Only issue was the exposure to passive smoking. This took place on the porch through the day and evening.」

Maybe signs making reference to noise levels in the room corridoors could prompt some guests to be aware of others.
The bar is lovely, decor and clean and impeccable service but an idea could be to put sport on just one of the tv screens and maybe Sky news on the other with subtitles.」
「I honestly cannot rate this hotel high enough, the rooms were absolutely spotless, the breakfasts were amazing and the staff. Well every single member of staff were pleasant, polite, courteous and helpful. The aircon was heaven sent in the heatwave, I had amazing sleep every night yet my brother in law in a budget hotel was tormented with heat. I will without a doubt stay there again and wont even contemplate looking at other hotels.」
