「Let us start off by saying we had an awesome time in the Irvington House. The renovations are beautiful and fully appreciated. The pictures are accurate, when we arrived the house was exactly as described. Each bedroom has an air conditioner and remote control fan. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed. 「We enjoyed our stay. The location was great for us since we have family nearby. The first floor worked well…the kitchen is up to date and functional. The second floor bed set up wasn’t ideal - the double bed should be set up better to have 3 functional bedrooms. The only other comments are we missed having a w/d and the router signal was weak which affected tv transmission. Overall, we had a very enjoyable visit.」

The kitchen and livingroom area is as pictured, but the rooms could use ceiling fans because the rooms were humid. Also, the bedding could be updated to give that 5-Star hotel stay feeling. 「Great location and perfect for our base for a trip to The Big Apple! 5 minute walk to Brick Church train station and less than 30 minutes later we were in Penn Station in Manhattan! The place was clean and updated. The in apartment laundry was a great feature. There was only 1 parking space reserved but there were several spots behind the Family Dollar. The host was great with communication.」
