I also think saying thee property was dog friendly was misleading as you were unable to have dogs up stairs and downstairs was just a hall way and the……

“I booked this back in September, they cancelled by email less than 48 hours before we were due to go, absolutely disgraceful, with no explanation or anything. We had to then try to find somewhere to accommodate 8 people in less than two days over an Easter break. I would advise against booking this..”

“It was in the perfect location next to the town and only 10 min away from the ferry. The room was good comfy and there is a kitchen there if you want to use it but the town is only a5 min walk away so plenty of choose there. This is room only. ”

“I have pictures of our disgusting dirty room with spider webs & uneven flooring. Smelly moldy rooms with wet stains on the walls and ceiling. The Wi-Fi didn’t work and neither did the TV. There was a tea kettle, but no tea or coffee. This looked nothing like the picture you showed!!! I would like my money refunded. I would not recommend this property to anyone! We slept in our clothes and couldn’t wait to get on the ship to shower and send our clothes to the laundry.”
