「The room was very cold and wasn’t heating up. I asked for more blankets and the staff was happy to provide them.
They have a 500 watt heater in the room to help warm it up.
I don’t mind sleeping in a cold room but initially it was a little uncomfortable. The temperature did increase from 61 degrees when we arrived to 66 degrees in the morning.
The outside temperature was around freezing.
I’m not sure what it would be like when it is minus 20.」

「Toilet had drops of urine and hairs on the top of the porcelain, dirty floor in bathroom, strange hairs in and on side of tub. Mold on ice machine where the ice comes out. Carpet in halls dirty. Central air unit in room sounded like a jet taking off whenever it came on. This was my second stay since the first stay was good but I won't be returning anymore」
