"Nothing special. Clean and contemporary. Nice location close to the highway and downtown. Didnt use the kitchen, although it was pdetty small, barely noticed it was there. They just jammed it into a regular room, maybe a few feet wider."

"The hotel was nice, and the staff was very friendly. Unfortunately, we paid for a deluxe room hoping for a good night's rest. There were two or three families surrounding us who kept their doors open and yelled and cackled all night long. At four in the morning their small children were running up and down the halls, yelling at the top of their lungs. Apparently, we had an adjoining room with one of them, and the crack under the door made their rude behavior even louder. I'm not sure I'd try the hotel again, given that they pay no attention to the noise level in the middle of the night."

"Overall the property was nice. I was dissatisfied by the housekeeping because I was there for 4 days and no one came to clean my room until the day I was checking out."

"Room has hair in the bathroom everywhere upon check in. The phone in the room didn’t work and the front desk didn’t have anymore towels. Unacceptable. Parking was horrible it’s way in the back as we had bags and we had to park in the back and walk to the front when there was a door we tried to use our key card on and it didn’t work. Front desk stated we can go out the door but not come in. I had 3 kids under 13 with me and I was so upset. I stayed at another Embassy in Dallas and I will go to that one each time I go there. "

"There’s no direct call to the lobby to reach a hotel clerk. I had to call the hotel off of my cell phone. The people next to me had a little kids up after 12:30 AM screaming and jumping as if it were 2:00 pm and dog was barking. Security did come up. I scanned the QR code on the TV to get the menu. A children’s menu came up and when me and my grandkids went downstairs to order they said that menu didn’t exist anymore and he handed me a menu that didn’t have options for kids. The hotel hallway smelled like marijuana. The rooms are very clean and the beds are comfy. "

"Everything and everyone was great except pool area! It was extremely hot to be in there ac or I do t know what was not working in there but it was super humid it was honestly like a sauna!!! We lasted 30 min and my kids left crying but it was just impossible to be in there. "
