“Checked in with a Deluxe large-bed-room. Found out the room is WAY TOO SMALL, the bed you can't really call it a queen size. It is actually twin size. The feel is like a motel room not a 4-star hotel. Bathroom is as small as a cabinet ,so crowd so they put all towels under the sink. shower room is so small that you can hardly move around without touching anything. Called for a upgrade several times, receptionist said all sold out but still room available on Expedia which they claimed it is a……

“Great location with easy access to public transport, food and shopping. The rooms are recently refurbished and the room are generally clean. They give a $10 dining credit per stay for the amenity fee. That's good if you are just staying one night but not fair for those staying more nights.”

“挺不错的一个酒店，前台工作人员态度非常好，当时要去机场，他们帮我们安排了车（要付钱但是不贵），酒店住得也挺舒服，唯一不好的点就是淋浴的地方水比较小，总体非常满意”

“Located at the Market Street where is the SF central. The SF central environment has been deteriorated overall in the past five years or so. The hotel is recently redecorated from old building, smell poorly along the hallway. The Urban Fee which some traveller has complained in the Internet was proposed by the front desk, however was nicely waived when checked out. She said such fee will be included in the Hotel.
