“靠近南岸，和温室蝴蝶园面对面，到最南端标志只有两条街。街斜对面可以租车。含早餐，午餐好像也有但是并不确定因为当地饮食文化丰富，中午和晚上都在外面吃的。AVALON家庭旅馆给人非常温暖的亲切感，就是那种典型美式家庭的生活方式。房屋宽敞整洁，设施齐全。游泳池24小时开放，但用的是过滤海水，有点咸。老板很热情，对游客们都非常礼貌没有种族偏向。唯一的缺点就是价格偏贵，不过Key West上也没有便宜的，都很贵。”

“Was hier zwingend nötig ist mann muss in den USA telefonieren können. Da das Check In mit einem Zimmer Code funktioniert. Das morgenpersonal ist sehr freundlich und das Frühstück ein Traum. Sehr zentral gelegen. Es kann ein Parkplatz dazugebucht werden. Ein riesen Vorteil in diesem Wohnquartier da alles sehr eng und klein ist. Auch das Zimmer ist wirklich klein aber zu zweit kein Problem.”

“My wife and I stayed here for our 16th anniversary and found this place to be much more enjoyable than we expected. We love staying at historic inns when we take trips, and this place may have been the nicest, most well kept that we’ve had the pleasure of staying at. The location is perfect; easy walking distance anywhere, and if you prefer to reach farther areas, they have bike rental for a fair price. The morning breakfast is served to you by the staff while you sit out on their relaxing……

“We came for a two night first time visit to Key West. It's a great Bed and Continent Breakfast place. Great staff and we lucked out with an early check-in after a sunrise drive from Miami. We accidentally missed an item in the room while checking. Got a text from the managers who offered to mail it. That's was a great offer because orher places would have just held it and kept it for themselves. The atmosphere is very laid back and relaxing. It was a great place to stay. ”

“My first Bed and Breakfast and it set a hugh standard. We stayed 2 nights in Rm 1 and it was very comfortable. The breakfast is grab and go style and there was a sweet kitty what greeted us everytime we got back. Parking is a few blocks but we were able to easily drop off and load up befire parking. Definitely near the good stuff on Duvall but very quiet area. We came during Spring Break when it was high season. Loved the Elemis bath assesories very nice touch. Would stay again for sure. ”

“Ken's place was exactly what we were looking for: Clean, quiet, and walkable to everything we wanted to do in Old Town Key West. Although the unit is compact, Ken has included many amenities that made our stay enjoyable: beach chairs, a beach umbrella, beach towels, coffee maker, toaster, refrigerator, etc. The full-size FREE washer and dryer in the building made it possible for us to pack with only carry-on luggage- a huge bonus!
