Every place is expensive in Key west. This place seemed reasonable. Room was small but had everything we needed. Pool was nice. It was closed the first night but open after that. There was a nice breakfast( included). My favorite were the hot croissants. We were so close to all the tourist sites. We could look into the Hemingway house backyard. Duvall St was one block away. Bike rental was a must and only $10/day. The staff were so helpful. She even helped me find a key lime pie shop to buy a whole pie to bring back home. It was so nice to have a free parking space too. Highly recommend this bed and breakfast!

The location of this property makes it a winner! You are literally steps from Duval street and the Hemingway house! We arrived late, and staff worked with us for a late check in that was seamless. Parking is several blocks away, but you really shouldn’t expect close parking in Key West. We were there on an unseasonably cold night, and wished the hot tub had been warmer.

Property is well kept and on the smaller side. No pool but cute little hot tub area. Staff was very helpful and accommodating when our original room didn’t work out. Rooms were clean and cozy. Loved location in proximity to Duvall Street.

Room was pretty clean….could’ve used a tad bit more dusting on some things…like TVs. But oh well. WiFi was terrible, I do not know if it was because we were in the second floor suite “Havana suite” or not but absolutely could not watch anything on my iPad or phone….not impressed with that position. Thank you for a good stay.

Tried by message and by phone several times the last days before checkin to inform that we would arrive late, after their stated 6pm close of reception. No feedback on message and no answer ny phone. In the end we did not make the drive all the way to key west, as we was not sure we would be able to checkin.

Terrific location, loved the room, the vibe and hot tub - we will absolutely seek this spot out next time - only minor down was the breakfast was meh - so we went elsewhere each morning to eat.

We rented the Havana Suite for 3 nights for Fantasy Fest. The room was extremely clean. The bed was firm. They offer an additional pillow. Luggage rack, ironing board to mention a few amenities. We didn’t get to take advantage of the hot tub but the hot tub area and lobby area are beautiful. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating. We’ll definitely consider booking again for next years event

If you're looking for a comfy bed and not much else, this place is fine. Easy check-in/ out. Friendly staff. Breakfast was very limited (Bagles, hardboiled eggs, yoghurt, and not much else). Breakfast area was dingy and dirty. My room was fine but the floor wasn't cleaned well at all. My shower had a protruding tub faucet that wasn't removed after the tub was presumably taken out. First shower, didn't see it and skinned my shin on it. Also... I suggest bringing your own soap/ shampoo, etc. Lobby doubled as a daycare for staff member's child, though she wasn't running wild. Just unprofessional in my opinion.

It is a very good place to stay. The place is close to the main street and essentially you can walk to the best places in town. The parking was my main concern before going to the place, but after the checking-in process, the lady offered me a parking spot like 3 block away which was included in the package. Additionally you can park in front of the place if you find a parking spot. The staff is very sweet, specially the woman behind the desk.

Overall, it was a good stay. Brittany at the front desk was really helpful and very pleasant. I don’t want this whole review to be negative, but there were a lot of things that fell short for us. The parking situation is less than desirable. I knew it was a few blocks away, but it is literally more than a 20 minute walk. It makes it very challenging if you left something in the car or if it’s raining. Breakfast was just OK. The fruit was not ripe and it was a lot of bread and pastries. So we just had coffee. The room was nothing like what we expected from the pictures online. Our room was on the first floor by the main door entrance. We were woken up several times in the middle of the night by people going up and down the stairs at all hours. And the roosters started before 4 AM. So there wasn’t a lot of rest that happened on our getaway. The pool area was nice. But it’s not really a pool. It’s more of a hot tub and we had no idea how to turn it on. We finally figured it out after being out there for about an hour. Also, read the fine print. I chose this place because of the pricing and when we showed up, there was a $40 resort fee added on top. Not sure what that’s for. We had our own bikes and I don’t really understand the added fee. None of this should reflect on Brittany as she was wonderful. The room was really clean but much smaller than expected. We were also under the impression we would have a private porch. We did not. There’s a porch around the house.
