“We stayed for one night, also having dinner and breakfast. The room was lovely and clean, the dinner and breakfast were both freshly cooked and delicious. It was great to see the bar /restaurant buzzing with locals and others staying there. Staff were really helpful. Would definitely recommend as a great place to stay and located well for exploring. ”

Dim lights might be romantic but a dressing table with a proper lamp so you can see what you look like is essential! “The property met our needs well. They gave excellent communication about our arrival questions eforehand. Things to be aware. It's down a very long drive so best use sat nav to locate the turning. There isn't a bar as far as we could tell. More guest house than hotel, which is fine. Its minimally staffed at the front desk so best to call ahead if youre arriving late. Bed was comfortable but the wooden frame projects at the corners and both myself and my wife bashed our shins! A word of……
