“The surrounding area was nice but This property is nothing like the unit that was advertised, and I feel completely misled. I reached out immediately after noticing the issue and asked to be switched to the correct unit, but my request was ignored. The condition of the place is absolutely unacceptable. The walls are filthy and look like they haven’t been cleaned or maintained in years. There are bugs throughout the unit, which raises serious concerns about sanitation and hygiene. To make……

“We had a good stay in Warrenville with family for the holidays. The unit was clean, in good condition, came with helpful amenities (coffee!), and had plenty of space. We appreciated the unit was pet-friendly.We had a minor issue getting access to the unit at first - the wrong keys were in the lockbox. The hosts were initially responsive about getting us a garage code for access, but never followed up about the right keys, and ignored subsequent messages. I'm hoping this was a one-off issue……
