"There we 5 of us. Great location my only suggestion is that the bedrooms needed fans on some sort the master with the 2 double beds had a ceiling fan. The 3rd floor was way to warm. All in a great place. Very comfortable location "

"Our stay was great, the apartment was close to the bus line and the train. The beds were very comfortable and it was a good size for our family. It was nice to have the off street parking in the back although the rear entrance was a bit disheveled. The building was secure but not entirely sound proof, but that is expected in a basement appartment. I would stay here again on a trip to Chicago. "

"The property was great and exactly what we needed for our stay. We had 2 kids and 3 adults. The space was well laid out and the neighborhood was perfect. We could walk easily to grab coffee/snacks plus a grocery store with a park right around the corner. The property manager made check in and out very easy and was easily reached if there were questions!"

"Extremely clean space that was perfect for our group. We didn't spend a lot of time in the home during our stay, but when we did it was fantastic. Only minor gripe would be the upstairs neighbors, they were occasionally quite loud and woke us up a few times in the middle of the night. Would absolutely stay here again, if/when we come back to the area."

The location is nice and the apartment was clean, but quite bare bones - the beds didn’t have top sheets, and the only coffee in the kitchen was the type intended for hotel coffee makers - so it worked well as a place to sleep after being out and about all day. But if you’re looking for a cozy place to settle for a while, this might not be it! "
