「When I booked, they gave strict instructions on where to park, that there was a dedicated parking spot for this unit, even provided a video. Arrived around 9:30pm and no parking spots avail except for opposite end of the building about a 4 block walk. Not safe to walk that far, carrying bags at night. Then customer service asked me to use a parking app to park offsite that would have been further away and would have had to take a rideshare. If I would have known that in advance I would have...

「The photos are accurate. Very clean and open. I was given the access code right away and communicated my late check in and early check out. They created a great stay in a wonderful neighborhood. I will stay here again. Definitely book this space! 」

「The apartment was nice although a little too sparsely furnished. The basket of snacks was really great! The paper blinds were nearly impossible to open and close so we had to use the lights all the time, even during the day.The mattresses were saggy and a bit lumpy and the pillows were 2 flat ones stuffed into 1 pillowcase so they were hard and kept falling apart (a pillow would fall out).The main problem was the directions for getting into the unit. What does "left" or "right" mean? Left when...

「The place was so inviting and the view was spectacular of the city. My teenage boys loved everything except the quiet hours (haha) - there are plenty of places to eat within a block or two. We were able to easily catch the train to all the places we went. Definitely enjoyed the stay.」

「My wife and I stayed here for a concert at Wrigley Field. It's a 20 minute walk to Wrigley. The neighborhood is safe to walk around in. The hosts communicated very well with us. 15-20 minute drive to downtown Chicago. Overall a great stay! Will stay again if ever if the area. 」
