The location is on a busier street then we originally thought but the overall house is nice and the backyard was nice for our dog to run around and the outdoor seating was nice on to have on the nice days. I did find the kitchen was lacking some supplies, there seemed to be a lot of spoons but no knives and there was only 1 frying pan but overall nice place to stay.”

“We spent three nights in this cute townhouse. It was well stocked and clean and suited our needs for our stay. The beds were comfortable and off street parking was great. The house was updated with new kitchen and baths. It is a little far from the city areas but we didn’t mind a 20 minute drive to get there.”

“The home is very spacious and having 2 bathrooms a plus. Only thing minor is grass not mowed and some extreme cleaning rules but that didn’t affect us from enjoying the home. Would stay again with family if up in New York again. Chris was very helpful with the getting in process.”

“What a wonderful experience we had staying at this beautiful home. Our family enjoyed the beach, large deck and the large well equipped kitchen. The bedrooms are large and comfortable. The host was so friendly and accommodating! He went out of his way to make us feel welcome. He even came with gifts for our daughter’s graduation celebration. He had some renters prior to us that did not take care of the house and he was in the process of fixing things that were broken. I would have liked to have known that before we got there so I could have asked if certain things were there. The house was comfortable and there was plenty of room for our family. Sergio……
