「The manager Katrin was amazing, after sharing the reason that I was visiting as my mother had been taken into hospital whilst staying with family. Katrin showed genuine care and after she realised I wasn’t staying that much in the hotel because I spent all the time in the hospital, she kindly offered me a late check out and made sure I was ok, Katrin also told me to reach out for anything and she will ensure my stay is comfortable.」

「Le Fairmont est un hôtel luxueux et calme. Nous y avons séjourné 9 nuits. Les lieux sont très propres, le personnel est très accueillant, (Yaya, Jesselyn, Marwan, Rania, Rohit et j'en passe ont tous été d'une gentillesse et d'un accueil digne d'un film dans lequel on se sent comme le personnage principal). Nous avions une suite avec Jacuzzi avec vue sur mer et la superficie de la chambre était incroyable. Tout était d'une propreté étincelante et rien ne semblait usé. Le lit était fort...
