“Clean and cozy ”

“The rooms were very close to the zoo and Black Country Living Museum. Check in was easy and we received the codes needed on the morning we were arriving. The bed was comfortable and a small amount of tea/coffee was provided. The only negatives are that it was a noisy location and the rooms could do with a deep clean.”

“On arrival there was no parking available. I know the listing says on-street parking only but there was none available. After 15 mins of driving around the streets had to park on double-yellows. The code I was supplied for the property did not work so I was unable to gain access. Contacted the owner, not sure what I was meant to do as it was not clear. Waited another 20 mins, nothing. Booked into a different hotel and got a refund. Beware”

“Perfect overnight and welcoming stay and fabulous breakfast”

“When I booked I didn’t realise it was a self entry hotel but the instructions provided by the manager were clear & easy to follow & I encountered no problems. My room was clean & comfortable with good amenities including a small fridge & microwave & the shower was a decent one. Overall I’d happily stay here again.”

“The hostess at the property, Maria was lovely. She was very kind, thoughtful and attentive. The property was neat and tidy and well kept. Room was comfortable and well appointed. I would definitely recommend staying here and would stay here again if I return to Birmingham. Just make sure you double check the address and that you are going to the correct address as there are 2 Domo Boutique Hotels in Birmingham!”

“Good location with small parking area. Very welcoming staff, offering helpful advice on local area. The room itself was of very high standard and lacked nothing that I needed for my stay. Highly recommend the superb cooked breakfast for a small extra cost.”

“Good”

“自駕遊就非常方便，可免費泊車在街上，價格便宜，在屋內要上一小段樓梯，乾淨整齊，只是床中間有些凹陷，古色古香，一塵不染，維護非常好，很喜歡這種特式酒店！”

“N/A”

“Nobody told me there's activity beside Hotel. All road block and we can't access to hotel after dinner. The road resume almost at 10pm and we spend 2 hours wait outside. Its troublesome to my family. I must complaint to IHS office for the negligence of Hotel staff.”

“The rooms were well prepared and clean. Location was very convenient for our needs during the stay. ”

“You get very good instructions how to find the place, keys and location. It is self check in so I didn’t meet any staff. Room was spacious and nicely decorated. Some items felt less maintained like desk and small shelf were a bit wobbly. Mattress was also a bit worn out, i have problems with my back and prefer more firm mattress. Great to have access to a kitchen and loved coffee machine. It was all very clean and well appointed. Inside building nice and quiet but due to being close to a main……
