". More Direct and Strong Version It honestly does not make sense to pay for a hotel room and then be charged extra to use the pool and gym. These are basic facilities that should come with your stay. If food is not included, then at the very least, access to the pool and gym should be. Charging guests extra for this, even for just one night, feels unnecessary and unfair. Very disappointing experience"

"Well in the kitchen,in two areas the floor lino is coming up and could cause a trip hazard.None of the soap dispensers in the kichen,ground floor toilet,& bathroom had any soap in them.In the upstairs bathroom the showe is leaking water between the hose and the shower head fitting.Using the toaster in the kitchen set off the smoke alarm on the two mornings,even though the bread was not smoking/burnt as we were standing by the toaster waiting for the toaster to pop up the bread!! One of the barh towels was threadbare.On your VRBO site page of the site under Highlights,you say "The top rated staff and service will ensure you feel welcome and pampered"There is only Mick on site no other "staff" and "pampered" is a completely misleading word to use! You need to delete "pampered" & Mick only gave us the keypad code & gate code,that was it.Also in your description of the "garden" there is no mention that the the lawn is artificial! When you sit on the toilet seat on the ground floor your knees are up against the door!! Anyone over 6ft tall would have a big problem sitting on the seat! I would not recommend this place,the taps are like waterfalls and need to be replaced by modern taps to stop wating water.If VRBO have inspectors you need to send someone round to have a look ."

"The Blue Moon Ensuite is suitable for a short stay and works best for one person, though it may not meet the needs of someone travelling for work. There is no dedicated desk, and the Wi‑Fi connection was intermittent during my visit.The bedding had an unpleasant smell and didn’t seem freshly prepared, so I used my own bedding. The mattress was quite firm for my taste, which made it difficult for me to sleep comfortably. There was also a noticeable smell coming from the back door area.The towels didn’t seem freshly laundered either. On the positive side, the floors and equipment were clean. The kettle, next to the socket extension lead, had been pre‑filled with water. I chose not to use it.On the positive side, the parking space by the ensuite driveway is very convenient, and all access instructions were provided promptly and clearly."
