「It would have been really useful to have a map and leaflets of the local attractions such as the Castle and zoo, the black country living museum, also local eateries such as castlegate.」

「We liked the fact that there was a pool table in the apartment and 2 double beds in the one room. We didn’t like the fact that there were no coat hangers, no hooks in bathroom to hang a towel, no extra bin liners or couldn’t open a window or a fan」

「Mijn 2de keer dat ik heb een overnachting geboekt hier. Mooi schoon kamers. Geweldig pub met lokaal bieren. Geweldig eigenaar en medewerkers. Heel vriendelijke lokale mensen en 5 minuten lopen van het stad centrum. Engels ontbijt van de hoogste niveau voor 9 1/2 pond. Mooi beer garden en gratis parkeren voor gasten. Top top locatie en niet duur.」

「Entweder Man hat ein PKW oder fährt mit Uber oder Taxi. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sind nicht gerade in der Nähe. Die Zimmer untern auf Etage 1 sind wie ein Labyrinth. Lange verwinkelte Flüren und könnte echt Spooky wirken. Mir wurde keine Angebot unterbreitet da ich früher einchecken wollte. Die Dame meinte es gäbe keine Zimmer mehr....was ich so stark bezweifle. Da war ganz wenig Menschenverkehr in dem Hotel. Sie dachte bestimmt ich wollte es umsonst und nicht gerade freundlich die alte Dame.」

「Staff on reception very helpful. Secure parking was a welcome bonus. The room was spacious enough for one/couple. Tea/coffee in room. Shower gel.and soap supplied. Plenty of hanging space. Very warm and a fan was supplied. Bathroom was clean and large enough. Overall very good stay. Didn't have a breakfast so can't comment only, it smelled delicious.」

「We had booked fir three nights, at a cost of over £250.00. We also booked a meal which was disappointing and with drinks cost over £60.00. It was not a good experience. There was no fan to aid ventilation in the room, bearing in mind that we have been in an extended heatwave, and the room was located in what would originally have been the attic and was extremely hot with only one window.
