Great location with private, dog-friendly access to the lake and watersports facilities. It was lovely to spend evenings on the balcony and watch the sunset and amazing views. It was easy to hire bikes locally and store them on site safely. The apartment itself was compact, comfortable, well equipped and clean. Would definitely recommend.

Overall my boyfriend and I had a wonderful stay! The view is wonderful and the apartment provided much of what you would need. The concierge is quite attentive. Lola was always just a text away! I would recommend checking in during operating hours, as after hours was a bit confusing in the dark but doable! We will definitely be back!

Le logement était propre et bien entretenu. Le cadre est tout simplement magnifique, avec une vue splendide sur le lac d’Annecy qui a grandement contribué à rendre notre séjour mémorable. L'hôte a été très réactif à nos demandes. En prime, nous avons eu le plaisir de découvrir un cadeau de bienvenue à notre arrivée, une délicate attention. Nous recommandons vivement ce logement à quiconque souhaite passer un moment inoubliable dans cette belle région.

Un lieu unique posé sur le lac. On se couche sur le lac, on se réveille sur le lac ! Prix totalement justifié par la localisation unique (piste cyclable à deux pas, boulangerie, supérette, restaurants sur place, location paddle ….) et la vue…On oublie tout.
