“The location was easy to access bars, restaurants and museums. It is literally right next door to AAC and was easy to get to AT&T. Kayla was very responsive and the welcome snacks and bubbly was a nice touch. Be aware that the bed is on the softer side and does creak a bit which may be no bother to some.”

Upon driving up the area seemed a little congested and questionable but during our stay no one bothered us or our property and we actually only saw 2 or 3 people outside the entire time. “First, for what you pay, this place is fine. The location is great and walkable to many things, including the fabulous Zaguan restaurant nearby (other renters mentioned in the review) -- definitely go! Anatole was super communicative except when I reached out regarding the clothes washer not working; that was more than a 24 hour delay. He apologized that the app had logged him out and gave directions to "wiggle the switch" to get the machine to work, which it finally did. The place is a bit……

“The property was clean but we needed dishwasher detergent. We could not access the property. Very stressful and started working with VRBO to locate another place to stay. After several hours, VRBO was able to reach the host and assist us in getting access. Exhausted from traveling and a horrible way to start a busy weekend”

“Such a great place and close to the Rangers stadium allowing us to enjoy a game and tour the Cowboy stadium. Very clean, great communication and perfect layout. Would definitely recommend. We enjoyed our Spring Break stay!”

“Access was explained very well! Parking is close to back entrance which was a plus! Inside the step down from kitchen area to den was problematic at times. Older couples may need better marking of the step down to make it more ADA compliant! Would have preferred a toaster rather than toaster/oven but it was fine! A hair dryer would have been nice in the bathroom! Otherwise, this property fitted our needs for a long stay in Dallas to help my parents transition into an assisted living facility!”

“The property is in a great location, just South of Highland Park and near Uptown. The layout and the rooms are nice. The bathrooms are a bit dated, but clean and worked well. My only complaint is that the person in the condo above walked around most of the night and woke us up repeatedly. Apparently, the floor is not very well insulated. On the positive note, Sara was very responsive, the kitchen was well equipped, and everything was very nice. We'd stay there again!”

The pullout couch and shower curtain are old and could use an update, but otherwise the rental was great for us! The host was very responsive to messages.”

“The property itself is very nice and modern. Kind of posh. The service is in restaurant and roof top bar is really bad. Took almost an hour to get out mains and we were the only ones in the entire place. Server would disappear for 20 minutes at a time. Sat at the downstairs bar after a show, bartender was super nice and made great drinks. Went upstairs to the rooftop bar and neither bartender knew what they were doing. Ordered the same drinks we did downstairs and they were made completely……
