"It was nice to be greeted by a person and the room was clean & tidy."

"Best few nights sleep in ages. Beds were so comfortable and the blackout curtains were so good. Room was spotless and roomy. Lovely soft towels which were changed daily if you wanted. Staff were friendly from check in to check out. "

"Excellent welcome, spacious room with good internet. Bathroom could do with an upgrade but shower hot & everything worked fine. Nice plentiful breakfast all hot. Great location & always look to stay when in Cardiff. Very reasonable rates too."

"Clean room a lovely gift for Steven as it was his bday .. thank u .. great wine tasting experience great wine tasting guide sh was excellent … Booked for dinner on Sunday but did not expect it to be Sunday lunch at 7 pm … The lamb was off the menu as it was we wanted … but the food was good and service excellent … The 12% tip was added which I understand is not a legal requirement I opp to not to pay by card but still gave a tip , I think it up to the customer to give what they can afford as it is a treat to stay at a lovely place for an occasion. All in all it was a beautiful place and a great stay would recommend five stars…"
