「We loved the house!! It was beautiful and we enjoyed all the original items there like the fireplaces and wood shutters The kitchen was well stocked. Dining room and parlor were great to visit with the entire family of 6. The host was wonderful at communication. Great location for public transportation.」

「The accommodation was absolutely brilliant for us French as it corresponded to what we wanted to see of the UK: colour, décor, fabric, green surroundings, sheep, peace and quiet, close to the sea .... Highly recommended for those looking for a complete change of scenery.」

「Ideally placed, close to the beach, Gullane & N Berwick. Property manager very helpful and accommodative. Recommended.」

「All was great. This is a working stable with horses and those many that have to care for horses, plus at least one friendly dog. You felt welcomed and that was appreciated. With a 15 minute drive you are in North Berwick and so close to John Muir park and Seacliff. Seacliff is special. The only, and minor, negative was that it was not a peaceful place when we were there- lots of tree trimming (Chain saw) and chipping- so very noisy at times. I would guess this is a rare event and suggested to...

「This place was lovely. Clean and bright. Instructions to get in and once inside were very helpful. The only thing that bothered me was the 3 bins of glass bottles, mostly alcohol bottles that were over flowing onto the ground outside the gate, in the parking lot. They were there the day we checked in , already overflowing and only got worse as we stayed for 4 days. They should look into that because otherwise this place was everything we wantes while on our vacation. Lovely!!」

「We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Lorraine's flat. When we weren't out and about (and getting blown off the golf course by 30 mph winds!) we watched the gannets diving for food just off shore, and the shipping traffic back and forth from Edinburgh. The view of Bass Rock is outstanding.The flat is compact, but it had everything we needed. Besides the Beachfront location, its also an easy walk into town for restaurants and shopping. Would definitely stay again if we come back to North Berwick」

If there is one drawback, it is that the home is located a few miles from the city center and, for us, not a walkable distance. But other than that, all in our group recommended this home. 」
