The open-plan living space offers a chic, round dining table and
chairs, perfect for a more intimate dining experience. The stylish wall
décor adds to the space's warm and welcoming atmosphere. The lounge is
thoughtfully furnished with soft couches, a sleek coffee table adorned
with minimalist décor and a flatscreen television, the ideal spot to
relax and enjoy your favourite TV programs.
Access your own private balcony through the glass sliding door,
furnished with an outdoor dining set, creating a tranquil space to take
in the fresh air while admiring Morningside's stunning sea and city
views. Additional features include secure parking within a
remote-control access complex, access to a shared outdoor pool,
concierge services, self-service laundry, internet access as well as
linen and towels included in your stay.
The modern bathroom is equipped with a toilet, a basin with a vanity
and a spacious shower. The bedroom features a double-sized bed with
decorative accent pillows, trendy, elegant lighting on both nightstands
and sufficient wardrobe space in the built-in closet.
The 2SIX2 Building is ideally situated near a variety of local
eateries, with a Starbucks just down the road. Explore the nearby
Mitchell Park Zoo, take a stroll through Jameson Park or enjoy a trip
to the Windermere Shopping Centre. In addition, the famous Durban Beach
Promenade is just a short distance away, providing quick access to the

For security and verification purposes, a valid ID or passport will be required at check-in.
All our properties are strictly non-smoking, and tenants accept full liability for all minors and visitors. Pets, parties, and events are not permitted.
For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours' notice and will incur an extra charge.
A refundable key and breakage deposit is payable prior to check-in, with the amount determined by the quality of the establishment and applied at the discretion of the owner or management.
Please be advised that, to promote a sustainable and comfortable experience for all our guests, electricity usage is governed by a fair use policy that permits a reasonable amount of daily consumption. In the rare event of unusually high usage, a reimbursement may be requested.
A late check-in fee of R250 applies for arrivals between 21:00 and 00:00, payable in cash directly to the property host upon arrival. For arrivals after 00:00, a fee of R350 will apply.
The Property Manager will arrange a check-in time with guests to meet at the
property, which is situated at 806 2six2 – 262 Florida Road, Windermere, Durban.
The Property Manager will hand the keys to the guest and share with them
knowledge about the apartment and surroundings including the house rules.
