“I booked a single bed room and paid for it. When I was about to check in, the front desk told me that my information was not in the system. I said how could it be possible, so I showed him my payment receipt. After a long time, they suddenly told me that they found it and upgraded my room for free. In the end, they gave me a room with two beds. I told the front desk that I was alone! Unpleasant”

“The advertised amenity of a 24/7 available airport shuttle is NOT honest. While staff was kind, no staff was available for trip from airport to hotel, and when I inquired about arranging a ride back, it came with a very narrow window of potential that left me feeling uncertain if I’d be able to use this advertised amenity. Like I said, staff was nice about it, but the availability and reliability of this amenity feels too uncertain to be used as a main advertising point. ”

“having an onsite bar, restaurant and snacks, drinks, and other forgotten necessities store was so great. We didn't have to wait in line to get breakfast somewhere and the menu was great and delicious! The bar also had fun specialty cocktail butterscotch martini, hello, yes please!”

“I loved how qiute its was. The staff was friendly I really like the bulletin boards by the elevators. Showing you different types of things to do around the area.”

“First off, the hotel was under construction(this was never mentioned on the website or Expedia). This included the POOL AND THE GYM! The pool and hot tub were high on our list, so this was a huge let down. Again this was never mentioned. The room was dusty, the furniture archaic, and the lighting was so terrible in the living area of the suite(yes I paid way extra!), all you could do was watch TV. I couldn’t use the couch because it sunk down into a V in the middle! Breakfast was not included in……

“I would strongly recommend not staying at this location until they do an overhaul on management and maintenance of the property. My room was adequate, however the bathroom was awful. Drains did not work properly, caulking around the tub/shower and floor looked like it was done by at toddler, the shower curtain rod was dysfunctional, and the towel has blood stains. There must be ZERO quality control at this site from management, maintenance and housekeeping. Worst hotel experience ever.”
