We feel that Jill went above our expectations of what a good host would be and the home was immaculate. This was our first experience renting a VRBO and because of this stay it will not be our last. “We came into town to ride the Katy Trail with friends. The property is exactly as described. Located a little bit away from the downtown area but in a neighborhood with kids and families out and about. It was awesome to have the garage for bike storage. The dogs loved the fully fenced yard and the squirrel watching in the large trees. ”

“Host is very conscientious was concerned ice maker was on the fritz and ensured there was a bag of ice in fridge for our stay. Highly communicative prior to arrival, during stay and upon departure. Great property in quite neighborhood 12 minutes from campus. The only couple of things I would say could have been better would be at least 1 King size bed. That said, the Queens were outstanding. the master bedroom should have blinds as its like waking up on the sun. Perhaps they were there but……

“I would book this home again in a heartbeat! Yes, the location is lovely- nice, quiet, well-maintained neighborhood. Easy proximity to all of Jeff City. Yes, this house is as wonderful as the pictures show and even more so. First, it was very clean. All the beds were incredibly comfortable and the sheets/bedding/pillows were top notch. The towels were luxurious. The seating areas were all comfortable and easy to enjoy. But what really sets this property apart is the level of detail the host has……
