“We really loved the neighborhood, with great spots to walk to. Steeplejack is a stone's throw away, a long with other great locations along Broadway. The unit itself is very nice, on the ground floor and we'll taken care of. Our family of 4 with littles under 4 had a great time. We had a little trouble with check-in using the multiple code sequence, but Jody was available right away and helped us get in in no time. We would love to stay here again!”

“Nice property, kitchen was well appointed and had hot beverages. No problems with water pressure (there was a mysterious note from a past visitor). The only reason for the 4 stars is that the dishes weren’t washed when we arrived, a couple of lights were burned out, and there was damp laundry left in the dryer. The double bed was a little too soft for our tastes, but the bunk beds were nice! (Also, we couldn’t figure out how to get the arcade game to work, but that wasn’t a big deal.)”

“Everything was really cleaning and the location was amazing. The only thing that need some work is the bed. When ever you move it makes a lot of noise. Other than that I would definitely stay there again in the future”

“This was a wonderful 2 bedroom VRBO. It was perfect for us travelling with two small kids, 3 and 1. It had a large living space for us to relax in. The kitchen was well stocked and the place was clean! The host was super great, helpful and responsive. It is in a fabulous location, walking distance to coffee shops, restaurants and a safe neighbourhood. Would definitely come back again!!”

“Location was amazing, near hiking trails, wineries, and breweries. The scenery was incredible and it was a very peaceful and quiet area. Also, the condo was fantastic - well stocked and comfortable. Overall very restful and enjoyable.”

“This was such a fun place to stay for my birthday with my friends. It was very clean, had games to play with friends, and is super close to bars and resteraunts. The only thing was that the check in process was a little confusing. I wish there was more information on where to get the key needed. We had to ask around since there was no one in leasing office. Other than that, I would highly recommend!”

“I've left a full review on the Vacasa site - they are the managers of the property. Not sure how you can access it. Basically it is a fabulous location in NW Portland, Slabtown. Right off 21st and all its restaurants and two blocks from 23rd and its shops and food and fun. SO walkable. Only a mile to downtown. Great grocery store and distillery :-) across the street. The condo is small and a bit industrial; has all the basics and we managed well enough. Our biggest issue came when one of us……

“The property is very open with a lot of light. Easy access to great neighborhoods and food. Comfortable beds and nice claw foot tub. The back sun room with a view of the back yard is also relaxing. Thank you!”

“The property was in a great location. You can tell that the place we stayed in has been used a lot. I’m not mad about it, I would just recommend a deep cleaning. I’m super grateful that we were able to stay in such a great place though and maybe just an upgrade of the bed but I understand the price was amazing so we get what we paid for.”

“Our family came fro Virginia, Europe and Portland for our first ever gathering. This two-story unit with its separate master suite, full kitchen and big living room with a fireplace was perfect. Everyone had the privacy they needed, yet we also had a big room in which to gather. We lit the fire for a cozy afternoon on a rainy day, cooperated on meal prep, and spent lots of time on the mountain when the weather was fine. My only complaint was an abnormally early check-out time that didn't give us……

“Fantastic service. Quite property. Street car is a short walk. Good neighborhood. Comfy. Grocery very close. Washer and dryer in the unit was a nice plus for my extended stay. I was even able to iron shirts! I'm old. These things get me excited.”

“Great location. Bad parking. Vacasa communication was unclear about the code being to a lockbox in the lobby. Took almost an hour to figure that out. Once that was sorted, everything was great except the parking”

“I had left the bathroom door open the first day and night. On the second day, I closed it from the bedroom side, and it locked. This was completely a mechanical problem, and nothing I did. I reported it the next morning to management, and they sent someone out late that afternoon. I was told there was a button under the handle. Yes, but on the inside of the bathroom. I had no way to get into the bathroom for a full night and the next morning! When I asked for a refund for just the one day, I was……

“We are a group of 8 friends who go on vacation for a week every year.( for over 30 years ) We are 70 years plus old! Property and views were wonderful. Many deer sightings, a view of the Columbia River. House was beautiful and updated, each couple had their own bathrooms attached to rooms. It is 3 stories, so if anyone has issues with stairs consider that when booking. We had no problem. Property owners were very attentive and would definitely recommend this property.”
