"Our stay "

"Please stop advertising that you have a pool. The pool looks like it has not been used in years, it’s broken down and being used as storage. The hotel itself is dirty and smells horrible (especially the first floor). The staff is rude and unhelpful. The room is basic nothing special the floor is filthy, the bedding is old, stained, ripped and rough. We had to go out to purchase new towels to use. The towels that are provided are dirty and stained. The bathroom was gross the toilet and tub were stained and unsanitary we found cockroach's crawling on the floor. Not many breakfast items available. Tried to make waffles but the batter was too watery and it did not cook properly. Will never stay here again."

"Property was undergoing construction. Fine. What’s not, is almost all amenities in the room we were in did not work. The bathroom door, the microwave, more than 1/2 the outlets, no WiFi connected to the tv, the latch lock busted off. In the halls and lobby There were broken outlet covers, holes in the walls. Just overall not a very pleasant stay. No discount or room change or room upgrade was offered. "

"Hot tub and pool were fantastic to relax in at end of day. They had the awesome pancake maker!!! Good breakfast !!"

"They had no water in the hotel so our check-in was delayed for HOURS."

"Everything would have been great except they wanted $100 pet fee! This was for a single visit which would be fine if we were staying for 4 or more days. But for 1 night ridiculous! I wish I had known this before I booked. The man working the front desk even said corporate really didn't want pets even though their description said they were pet friendly. If you are traveling with pets, go somewhere else."
