“It was overall a great experience. The location is ideal if you want to live near the museums. The room was spacious and comfortable, and breakfast was delicious. I’m thoroughly pleased and impressed by Hotel Indigo. ”

“There is no elevator in the hotel. The carpet and the towels of the hotel are dirty. ”

“Even there was some issues happened, the staffs were helpful to solve them.”

“Well managed and excellent location. Virtually all hotels are serving similar food for breakfast but it was slightly not as good as the others. The coffee was crap! The service was excellent. At least, they paid attention to your requests. ”

“地點很方便又安靜，早餐也很美味豐富，服務人員很親切，還免費幫我由單人床升級至雙人床，房間整潔但不大，唯一美中不足是入住的058房空調暖氣會不時地發出噪音，晚上睡覺一直會被吵醒，導致睡眠品質不佳。 但整體來說不錯，下次還會考慮入住這間。”

“地點很好，很方便，但房間很dirty，第一日check in，床鋪上己有很多頭髮，像是沒有更換床鋪似的，還有一隻很大的蟑螂，我們complain了，但當晚當席的員工說是從我們的行李帶到來，我們真的很氣憤，這也是我們出門第一次遇到這麼dirty的酒店，我一定不會再來。而且廁所的水力很弱，洗澡的水很熱，不能調較溫度，我連續入住了六晚，一點舒適感覺也沒有！！”

“The staff is helpful. Although it is a small hotel, it provides essentials for travelers, and it is nice and comfortable. However, the hairdryer and shower head could be improved. The hairdryer stopped working and then could be used after a while. The shower head could give a bit stronger water.”
