“The decor is very modern and appealing. Most front desk staff members were friendly and helpful. The two security people outside the bar were aloof and standoffish. The rooms were comfortable for the most part except for the extra high tubs that were extremely difficult and dangerous to navigate. The replenishing of water bottles was appreciated.”

“The room is well equipped with good amenities. However, there is no window in the room and the lights were a bit dark. On the second day, we expected housekeeping but it was not done until we requested.”

“A beautiful little house with friend people there. A little far from the underground station, like two bus stops away. I will not suggest walking there with luggages. One of the best service we got for the whole trip in UK. Not very large but clean room. However, I don’t know why we got an accessible room, the wash basin was very small and low. Also no separated area for shower, so it was a disaster in the bathroom every time we had a shower.”

Room service will prepare your bed before you come back from dinner. They even have staff who can speak Cantonese. The neighborhood is a very cool place with lots of graffiti & co-office.”
