"Great location that has the charm of a room over a tavern. Service was fantastic and the pleasentries did not disappoint. Room was generously spacious. Overall the staff were a pleasure to deal with. "

"Good location - so convenient for sightseeing. Had comfortable bed with nice bedspread. Was mostly quiet location.
Probably 4.5 stars overall: Some minor improvements in experience on a few fronts could have made it perfect. "

"Loved the architecture, the room with balcony to the Thames was amazing and enjoyed seating there or watching from the inside of the room. Everything was perfect for us!"
"We stayed in a city king room. The king bed was very comfortable. The AC worked well and we were able to crack open the windows slightly which was also welcome given the nice cool London air and relatively quite neighborhood of this hotel. Daily housekeeping service was awesome as was the mini fridge and selection of teas and coffees in the room. We had a room with both a bath and a shower. The bathtub was deep and spacious enough for two! Awesome place to stay!!! "
