“Make a reservation through expedia make a lil mistake on my date i called em to change it with out success call the hotel to do the Samething they said they would send an email to refund me wish they did not i have to make another reservation through the hotel instead and paid an extra 45 dollars wish i didnt mind paying but a least i was expecting some help”

“Overall a good stay of your looking for relaxation and not much to do. Property is clean and scenery is beautiful. We stayed in a treehouse and upgraded to an “air conditioned” one, but it wasn’t much help when the room was still very open air. We made it through given this is a very hot season, but I was not a fan of the small ants that were in the beds ,sink, and sheets. We made do, but I’ll probably opt out of treehouse stay the next time :) Not being familiar with the property besides what……

“Great house with a breathtaking view, we loved it! It is a short drive to town and arbolitos beach. We had a ton of space and our dogs enjoyed the property too. Gen 3 Starlink setup worked great for wifi. Morony is a responsive host, as well. It is important to understand that Cabo Pulmo is an entirely off-grid destination--there is no electricity in the entire town. The house has a solar setup that worked fine for our needs. “no tv,, phone and the pool was unusable due to repairs, no glsses or cups in the room. A childrens party was going on in the common area just outside our room. the desk person was completely unresponssive to our complaint. very bad value for the price of the room.”
