「Room was very clean and looked very good (appeared to be recently remodeled or painted). TV size was nice, the blinds in the window were modern and very nice. The bed was more comfortable than most motels at this price range. For the price range it was very comfortable overall and I'd be glad to stay there again.」

「If you get locked out and it’s freezing cold outside may as well go sleep in your car. Their phone number didn’t work, and their office door was locked. I honestly wouldn’t stay here. 」

「Perfect space with a great location that is walkable to Emporia State and downtown to shops, restaurants, and bars. Hope to stay here again. This rental also supports an amazing resource for the city.」

「First room had used soap bars still in the shower, leaves on the floor and the carpet was horrible! Was asked to be moved, which they did, to a room with bedbugs. Miss P at the front desk was wonderful and I absolutely do not like writing this review but it is what it is. They did refund my total amount which I was grateful for. 」
