“We had a great stay at the Val Hotel. The pricing for the rooms is excellent value for money, especially considering how clean and tidy everything was. The room was well-presented, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The staff were fantastic – friendly, helpful, and provided great service from check-in through to departure. “I had a very cool experience in Sydney . The room is tidy and the share facilities are clean. I think the staffs are friendly as well... unfortunately the holiday is near the train station, so you may feel it's noisy but I think it's acceptable. A nice experience with Granville hotel.”

“The room is satisfactory in terms of cleaning. was but carpet is smelly. Staff are very friendly. Also, I stayed at this hotel many times before. I noticed that the shampoo, conditioner and body soap are totally empty - nobody seems to be refilling the bottles. This has happened on three occasions now. I’ve had to shower with no soap which was terrible. ”
