「Beautiful stay for our family of 4! We really enjoyed being steps from the beach and pools, the delicious selection of food and great entertainment at this hotel. We went snorkeling in clear blue water, got to swim every day and had the most special private dinner on the beach to celebrate our anniversary. 「El hotel no está mal pero sabemos que puede estar mejor, el restaurant asiático que es por reservación tiene un pequeño buffet que no está mal pero el plato principal no fue muy exitoso y éramos un grupo de 20 personas. El restaurar francés un poco caluroso pero muy buena la comida y el mexicano lo encontramos muy bueno y la atención excelente Gracias」

「Staff was amazing and the food surprises us, the room was good. It will be better if the toilet was separate. But in general we had an amazing and relaxing vacations. We stay at the coral level and upgraded to a front beach room. They also add a sargassum barrier and it really help us enjoy the beach.」
