「My family and I had an amazing stay!!! Our concierge team, Juan and Jose were excellent, very helpful and responsive, always respectful and never intrusive. Rosie assisted with our check in and was so lovely and welcoming. She went above and beyond to ensure my family members were placed nearby one another. The coffee at Ciemara was delicious and the women working there learned my order by the 3rd morning. The hostess was also extremely friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend the spa....
