“We just loved being right on the water, most of the complex is not on the water. It was a great location out of town, but not too far out of town. Most importantly for me the Air Conditioning worked great.....I need it cool for a good night sleep. The fact the complex was gated is very nice.”

Our condo was immaculate and our hosts anticipated every possible need, from water toys to extra towels and reef safe sunscreen! When our flight was delayed by a week, Tracy found a place for us to stay (new renters had reservation in our place) and the neighbors made us feel so included during a stressful time. Can’t say enough about our stay. We’ll be back……

“Our stay was great. You can’t beat the location walking off the patio straight to the beach. My kids loved going out snorkeling right outside the condo. There is one restaurant we were able to walk to as well. Great location in relation to spots to hit on the island as well! If we find ourselves in St. Croix again - I’d definitely stay again!”

“We had a wonderful time, the property is very well maintained & place is well stocked, Brooke is an excellent host who quickly addressed the issues we experienced that she could (we stayed during the off season, which is when most of the maintenance occurs so the water heater had to be replaced & we didn’t get to enjoy the pool, but we are looking forward to next time as they will be filling it up the following week, looks like it will lovely. “I stayed with my 2 daughters. It has a pool. You have the ability to cook your own food. The host was easy to contact and friendly. The fridge had variety of beverage waiting upon arrival. The place is so nice and breezy I only had to use the ac once. The area is very quiet and have personal parking space right in front the door.”
