While we understand some things are outside the resort’s control, overall this was one of the most disappointing all-inclusive experiences we’ve had. 「Everything was excellent. Our room was oceanfront, on the corner, next to trees. I think if the door seal & cracks throughout the room were properly sealed. It would minimize the small pest (bugs, small centipedes, etc) from getting in. We laid towels in front both doors. Helped tremendously. We will definitely be returning.」

「Everyone we encountered were pleasant and helpful. The food was great. As a senior, this facility was very remote when touring the island and driving on the left side of the road was challenging at times. Also, the elevator doesn't work so getting to the other levels was challenging. Julie, the manager went out of her way to accommodate us.」

「Do Not be fooled by this listing. The pool is NOT A PRIVATE POOL. It is shared and you have to ASK FOR PERMISSION to use it. When I found this out, I asked for a refund and was denied. I told him I that his post is misleading and based on what he advertised, I was under the impression that the pool was private and part of the rental. He stated that it wasn't. 」

「We cannot say enough great things about our exceptional one week stay at Jin and Sung Lee’s. They were incredibly welcoming hosts!Their place is spacious, clean and comfortable and the views are spectacular!They made sure we knew our way around since GPS doesn’t always work right near the house. To cap it off we enjoyed homemade Jin Choi sushi and delicious lemon cake! We hope to visit again in the future!」

「This was our second year at this property. We are a group of college athletes coming to St. Croix for a training trip at the St. Croix Yacht Club. The house is PERFECT for our group! Its close to the club, can fit a bunch of people. We cook dinners in the upstairs and downstairs kitchens. And of course hanging pools side after training is great too. 」
