“Very friendly and helpful”

“For our family of five, we booked a double suite for our 2 teens and 20-year-old, and we had the main suite, and it was great. It was a quiet hotel and the evening/night entertainment was low key but enjoyable. This is a quiet hotel so it would not be the regular all inclusive hotel with massive nightly evening shows. The entertainment was playing bingo, a man playing steel pan, karaoke and a staff member playing music. There are racquets for tennis, Kayaks and paddle boards and snorkels. The……

“This was our second time at this resort. Overall we loved it. There are a few things we would change: More chairs by the water. People get up at 6:00 am and put towels on the chairs so no one else can sit in them but they don’t sit in them for hours. It is hard to get them. Secondly, the second bedroom had two twin beds. The photos show them together as if they were a queen. Housekeeping quickly came up and “fixed” the beds by pushing them together so our family slept poorly all week on a split……
