“We stayed July 24-26. Was very convenient to get to where we were going. Very nice hotel. Great breakfast, the waffles were my favorite. Bed was very comfy. The only issue we had was when we were packing up. Had to make two trips. I had the Do Not Disturb was on the door and when we got back to room to get the rest of our stuff the door was wide open. I didnt think that was good. Our stuff still on the bed. How did she know we were coming back up right away? A do not disturb to me means dont go……

“The hotel is located inside the University of Maine campus, which is quiet, safe, and has convenient parking. The rooms seem to be converted from student dormitories, so the layout is different from typical hotels. The bathroom in my room was exceptionally large, almost at a luxury mansion level, and the bed was also big. The room was clean with high ceilings, but there was no desk available for use, which was somewhat inconvenient.”

“There was a lot of humidity in the room and only one garbage can that was in bathroom. No microwave in room either. Room lighting was very dim. Hard to read anything in evening. Kids enjoyed pool. Breakfast options were very minimal.”

“We only booked this place for one night - actually by accident. It was a happy accident. I would have liked to have stayed a few more days. Very rustic , quiet and quaint. Thank you Gail for a lovely stay.”

“Staff is good, but bedsheets and other items provided was not clean. Breakfast has very limited options”
