“We rented this place and paid a premium to be on the lake and have a boat slip. The listing said there is a balcony and BBQ. The balcony is a sunroom that was way too hot to use and the BBQ is in the garage and needs to be moved out onto the dirt & weed driveway to use. The inside of the house was clean but I rated it only average because the outside was not maintained and some of the furniture is in rough shape. The worst part though was the lack of air conditioning. It was 100 degrees……

“The A/C was not working when we checked in. The repairman never did show up so we spent a hot stuffy first night as it was 100F. Then a mouse ran a ross the kitchen floor before bed. We did not stay the second night due to the heat as no one slept. I have asked for a refund for the second night. Also, yes, great lake view but no access to the lake and no dishwasher!
