"We travelled 13 hours to get here only to find there was a young lady who was very apologetic telling us we could not have dinner because the restaurant was closed. Neither could we have a drink because the bar was closed and in the morning there would be no breakfast. The place is so isolated there are no surrounding alternatives for food and drink so we asked to order a taxi only to be told there were none available. We booked another hotel for the Saturday as it was my wife’s birthday to initially be told there would be no recompense. The original girl then told us as we were leaving she would ensure credit for the night we had to pay for another hotel and the breakfast but hotels.com advised that would not be the case. It is still to be pursued but the fact without warning they knowingly knew we travelled from Scotland and left us high and dry without alternatives or warning is vastly more than disappointing."

"Man at reception was really helpful. Helped carry out bags from car to our room and showed us in. Don't really have anything negative to say about the room. We got it real cheap and it was OK for what we paid. It was just to sleep, after a London concert and saved me driving home. Did the job. Nothing luxury but good"

"The noise was the main concern, you can hear people talking in their rooms really loud at all hours, the noise from outside is just as bad from the car park area. No noise proofing you can hear the floor boards creek whenever someone walks past. Seriously annoying if you want a break. "

"Thet check us in late due to power cut out , for 3 hours , we were tired of waiting , the staff are rude ! I want my money back Expedia ,, The room is very hot , cars noise didn’t allow us sleep very useless hotel "
