「Stayed for 2 nights.Great location for Canary Wharf. Reception staff were welcoming. Lovely hotel but could be improved by attention to detail. On arrival to our room the shower gel had not been checked and was empty, cleanliness could be improved the room was quite dusty and there were stains on the carpet, the robes provided one had two fairly big holes in it and wasn't up to the 4* standard. Water and biscuits were not restocked on day two.The sauna and steam room area were a great asset but...

「Convenient location. Walking distance to metro, not too far of a walk to Liverpool station (10-minute walk for adult). Great breakfast buffet and selection of set meals. Rooms are quite spacious. Neighbourhood is quite quiet but still in walking distance to grocery and shopping area around Liverpool station. 」
