「I hate to write a bad review, but oh my...The ad said this was a whole house rental. It was upstairs only. The entrance required was up stairs and on to a not-so-safe deck. The shoreline was overgrown (it was rented to fish which the owners knew). The inside had an overwhelming smell of mold. I started cleaning, my son started wheezing, and we left within two hours of arriving. I filed a complaint with vrbo, put in a dispute with my credit card company, all while communicating with the host. ...

「Pool was GREAT. Truly. Big poop. Big space. Kids loved it. Room was solid. Breakfast was ok. Initial staff that checked us in was great, the other staff essentially treated us like we were an inconvenience. And when we were just loading up the cart / leaving the room, the phone rang at 11:02 (I know this was the exact time because I checked my watch) with the old man up front barking at us "uh, you know checkout was 11?!" WILL NOT COME BACK. 」

「Only stayed one night. The breakfast was adequate; some of the food was a little cold (specifically the eggs). The variety of food available was awesome! Loved our room.」
