"Overall the property was clean, well maintained, and in a convenient location. The only negative was repeated issues with key card and was unable to access room without maintenance when arriving or reprogramming of key later."

"Great room that big enough for a family of 4. Parking was easy and self-parking was free. Just a couple of blocks from the strip, but we stayed on property for our short stay in Las Vegas as we had all we needed on site."

"Truly nothing was great at this hotel First off, who does not offer Free coffee ANYWHERE In The hotel or your own room???!!! We had a lower(floor 5) room every morning at 9 am expect loud booming thumping music from pool, which wakes you and then get put together to go walk a good ways to stand in line to get a 12 dollar coffee…or a 25 dollar coffee if you order from room service that they inform you will take 45 to an hour to arrive. Also about29 times a day and night there is a very loud bang, almost like something is being dumped. I have never had such bad service at a hotel, and I won’t start on the charges, for the cost you think you would get Forbes 5 star, just terrible service, at one retail store the employee at Aquamarine told me that I was a picky person😳 Never been to a hotel with worse service. And don’t bother with the slots machine, so tight, not fun!! Never going back, telling all are friends, there is too many other places to go on a trip once a year and have such a bad experience, we should have asked to be switched hotels, but it was 4 days and didn’t want the time and trouble to repack and move. Oh, 1 last thing to consider, because of this places location we spent 500+ in Ubers to get there and back from things we wanted to do. And this joint has no free shuttle service either, but they have no service in the first place"

"The hotel room did not smell like cigarettes and it was clean. Two out of the three pools were working and the room was spacious. My only gripe was the washer and dryer was all connected to an app. I was expecting coins. "

"Disgusting!our filthy room , was half way clean. Live flies in the bathroom. No adequate amenities such as shampoo lotion ect, the guest who booked here are not ideal for family viewing.We checked the next day ASAP!"
