“Our family loved this condo for our daughter’s volleyball tournament. It fit our needs so perfectly. It was clean, well equipped and was exactly how it’s advertised. We also had the perk of the monorail right at our doorstep to help get us to and from the Vegas Convention Center. We will be back most definitely.”

“My husband and I stayed here just for one night but wished it was for more. The whole apartment is just beautiful and very clean. The balcony overlooks the pools and has plenty of room to sit and enjoy. The bathrooms are spacious and nicely done. I especially liked the kitchen. Huge refrigerator and counter space. We will definitely be back!”

“Accommodated 5 adults easily and very convenient walk to the strip (maybe a block off it). Facilities are clean, friendly staff, and great amenities. Their pool and hot tub on the roof were a huge bonus. Would recommend!”

“Stayed over my daughter's spring break in late March. Everything was as described in the posting. Secure and gated building and a seemless check in. Loved the walk way to MGM and the strip even though the weather was great it made me feel better than walking along the side streets in Vegas. Did pools the last day and it was fun to bounce between MGM pools and the more private pool at Signature. Definitely would stay here again!!”

“It was so interesting looking out our window on the 38th floor of the Signature. We were OK with just viewing the mega hotels at different times of day from sunrise until evening. The room had a good mini kitchen for cooking our breakfasts and storing some cold foods. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was roomy and had good supply of hot water. Good location too.”

“The house was great for our group of 16 guests! Endless towels and plenty of kitchen utensils. Located close to a Sam’s Club and Walmart, about 15-20 mins to the strip. Had a few minor issues but the host was in constant contact and able to quickly address. Definitely recommend staying here if you have a large group!”

“We love staying at the Signature. If you are looking for a nice enjoyable quiet smoke free location near the strip, this place is for you. The pools are not packed and have great poolside service. If you want a more party like atmosphere there is a quick 10 walk inside and you have acess to the MGM pool. Love the balcony views and this 1 bedroom condo was perfect for us.”
