"When we arrived to our room, we realized there was only one king bed. We booked a room with 2 queens, which I showed to the front desk staff. The man explained they were out of rooms with 2 beds so would give us a room with two kings or take $75 off our existing room. We were on our way to an event and I was told we could sort it out when we returned. While we were out, I received a voicemail letting me know they actually did not have an extra room available for us and only the discounted room would be the option as they were totally booked. I quickly pulled up the reservations and could have reserved a room myself on my phone so tell me how they were out of rooms? Then, miraculously, they reached out again to let me know they had a room with 2 beds available after all. I am glad we were able to sleep in the room we booked BUT the stress of this situation and feeling very misled and lied to makes me never want to stay here again."
