「This hotel is clean and well maintained. It is located between great activities in both Connecticut and Rhode Island and 5 miles from the beaches so that’s a big plus. 「We loved our stay here! Very close to water, we enjoyed getting a morning complementary coffee and walking down to the water in the morning. The owner was there during breakfast to make sure everything was being refilled and kept fresh for breakfast. The room and bathroom were both very clean and house keeping came every day to clean and give fresh towels. I will definitely be rebooking here next year!」

「Upon arrival receptionist had an attitude rushed us through and stated there would be no cleaning service the next day. View in room was looking at a trailer park. Bathroom was disgusting. Mold on ceiling and walls, wallpaper coming off, tub had something can't explain in it wouldn't use it. Beds totally uncomfortable. For $600 stay away rather have stayed at motel 8. Saying the rating was excellent was far from stated don't waste your money.」

「On a positive note, the elderly grandfather let me in early when I first arrived in the rain. The other high point was the bed appeared to have fresh linen After that it was a very unpleasant experience. The bathroom was grubby, stained and unpleasant.
