Cute and clean, well appointed, recently renovated apartment, conveniently located to all of Onset’s attractions. Cozy, shaded seating area on the porch to relax in after a long, hard day at the beach. Liked it so much I’m going back next week! And, next year!

Amazing Vacay

Arrived and stayed from Tuesday July 1, 2025 thru Sunday July 6, 2025- excellent location. Friendly, hospitable, and awesome neighbors. Everything needed was within a short walking distance. Host were quick to respond to inquiries and easy to reach. This cozy little spot is a gem to book and met our expectations and then some. We definitely recommend booking this Sunset Beach House.

My daughter did Massage Therapy for the riders at the Pam Mass Challenge. So, this location was perfect for us.Not too far away to where we had to drop her off.

Brand New

This place was super nice ! I feel that we may have been the first ones to stay in this. Newly renovated, everything in working order as described. The property was exactly as described and spotless. I didn't feel that the yard was usable. There was a tenant living downstairs (who was very nice to us) but we felt that the yard was hers and did not want to intrude. The floors were not level in some places in the apartment, but it did not cause us any issues. It might cause someone a problem if they have trouble ambulating. The bedroom off the entrance to the right had a TV on the dresser as described. However, there was not a plug-in where the TV could stay where it was and be watched. There was a plug behind the smaller drawers to the left. The mattress in this same bedroom was very hard and not comfortable at all. That being said - if you like firm mattresses then you may enjoy. Otherwise, you may wake up in pain every morning. If you stay a while, you will have to use the laundromat down the street. It is easy to find and a nice place too. Overall, this was an amazing place and I would definitely stay again if I knew the mattress was better.
