Beach in Reach - group house for up to 14 with sea views

Just set back from Eastbourne seafront, this spacious, six-bedroom house is perfect for extended families or friends wanting a group getaway.

With sea views from two of the front bedrooms, front and rear patio areas for al fresco dining, and the beach literally across the road, this holiday home is the perfect seaside hideaway.

Eastbourne centre restaurants, shops and attractions are an easy 20 minute stroll away or a few minutes drive. Or meander the other way to Sovereign Harbour marina.

Children will love Treasure Island opposite, with fun indoor and outdoor play areas plus the Sovereign Centre is close by.

Step into Beach in Reach and you'll find the living space on the ground floor. A huge room includes both lounge and dining area, loosely separated by an archway.

The front lounge area includes several sofas and a smart TV (so don't forget your Netflix log in). The rear of the room includes a large dining area, and there is a small table football plus board games for cosy evenings in.

The separate kitchen is well equipped for group gatherings, with a big range cooker, fridge-freezer, microwave, dishwasher and a breakfast table that seats up to six. If you need to sort your laundry, there is a washing machine and separate tumble drier.

At the far end of the kitchen is a handy toilet, then the back door leads to an outdoor patio area, complete with table and chairs for al fresco dining. There are two off road parking spaces set behind this, plus you'll find plenty of free on street parking if you've additional cars to park.

The bedrooms are set on the upper floors. On the first floor are two double ensuite bedrooms, plus a family bathroom with a bath and shower over.

However it is the front bedroom you'll all be fighting over, with its super kingsize bed, sofa, daybed and sea views.... For groups larger than 12, this family sized room can accommodate two adults and two children with the day bed set up, and the sofa converted to a sofabed (additional charge for using each of these extra beds applies).

The top floor includes two twin bedrooms and again a sea-facing room at the front - this time with a king bed and ensuite.

Linen and regular towels are included (pack your beach towels) and WiFi is provided. Short stays of two nights upwards are possible out of season, with week long bookings only in school holidays.
