「This looked nothing like the picture's AC didn’t work. Bathroom door knob was broken mold in the shower. Blankets had burn holes and black stains and blankets had rips. Main door had gaps that you could see outside through them. We had cots with us so we slept on them and not the beds. Wasn’t able to find another place to stay so late. It was HORRIBLE!」

「One of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had. The room was full of cockroaches, there was mold on the walls, an unbearable smell as soon as we walked in, and everything looked old, dirty, and falling apart. The cleanliness was extremely poor, and the overall condition of the property was unacceptable. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. I hope the management takes immediate action to fix these serious issues before continuing to accept guests.」

「前台工作人员服务很好，很礼貌，但是房间的卫生真的是很烂，毛巾，床单，浴巾，床套全部都旧的不能再旧了并且已经发黄快深黄的那种颜色还继续提供给客人使用。床单上被套上还有毛发。」
