「Small and sweet motel from the 1960s updated to provide for a nice stay… quiet and good mattress, shower, TV, & WiFi.」

「It was very obvious that the bathroom had not been cleaned. There were hairs everywhere, soap scum on the shower walls and tub. I wouldn’t even use the shower. The pool and hot tub were out of service. I have usually stayed in another hotel in town but picked the Holiday Inn specifically for the hot tub because that would have been nice after a long day driving. Nope.」

「Very pleasant experience. Check in was easy and the person helping us was also the owner. Very pleasant and helpful man. The place was full but was quiet. We left prior to the breakfast starting but coffee and tea were available for us to take on the road. There was also a bar that opened at 5P with plenty of places to sit including the outside patio.」

「Hotel smelled like cigarette smoke everywhere, room shades were broken on both windows, fire alarm went off in room due to steam from the shower, ice maker area was a pool of water and price was much higher on this weekend for some reason? Very lackluster place to stay, staff was polite, not much they could fix.」

「The breakfast lady was very friendly and kept the coffee coming even when she got slammed. The flowers and grounds were very pretty. Someone had taken out part of the entry awning so that was the only thing wrong. They may be waiting on a contractor to repair it.」

「Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Crawford Motel. The room was very comfortable, clean, functional and had all the amenities. The owner is very accomodating. We will stay here again on our next time in Springfield.」
